Learn to Bake Artisan Bread

General Artisan baking course - an introduction to making real bread.

Topics covered include:

  • Mixing, kneading and hand shaping
  • Using sourdough starters and extended fermentation times to improve results
  • Creating flavoured breads and pizza
  • Getting the most out of your home oven

Classes take place in the bakery in a workshop environment with a maximum of four participants.

Start time is 5.30 pm till 9.30-10pm. Costs are £60 per person which includes supper, all breads produced and some of our forty year old sourdough.

Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable - (if however you are unable to attend due to an emergency we will endevour to accomodate you on a later date).
